Max Faraday - He got his god-like powers from a computer that I find rather ridiculous. He could've gotten rank 9 on the list. The Swamp Thing - I don't have enough information about this character but I heard he's pretty strong. Primal-Monitor / Over-Monitor - The proof that this character exists was almost impossible to find. Some sources say the dc universe is just a pimple to him and other sources say he's the weakest monitor.
