Listening, the game changer | Simon Yang | TEDxBorrowdale

In 2020, I met a professional listener and learnt a very special skill about how to listen to people so that I can win their hearts and even have them serve and treat me like a king. In Korea, a country where more than any other country, there are often arguments and disputes about political, religious, and even academic differences, I learned a very special skill of how to win people's hearts so well that I could bring all these people together and not have any disputes. On a smaller scale, it can also be a solution to family conflicts, community conflicts, inter-city conflicts, and so on. I'm going to talk about a very special listening skill that has now become a part of my life, and it can change your life, influence others, and change the larger community. He is the country director of International Youth Fellowship, Youth activist and specialist in mind-set education registered in International Mind Education Institute. He has dealt with youth issues internationally mostly in South Korea and Southern Africa meeting over 50,000+ youth throughout decade of years. He learned that the most effective way of winning someone’ heart is to listen to them systemically with very precise strategy to even win seemingly impossible heart as well.
