Highways of Mayhem in GTA SA is a series that features traffic crashing into each other and causing destruction on the highways, with gang members and peds looking to seek revenge for damage of their vehicles. This episode features Da Nang Boys, Rifa, Russian Mafia and Bikers (and army instead of police by a mod conflict lol) and was suggested by Jose Cordero. Thank you. ===Video Info=== This video didn't go quite to plan for numerous reasons. The rainbomizer mod was supposed to make the traffic randomized but it was only partially working (mostly the traffic was not randomized but occasionally you'd notice an odd vehicle out of place e.g. mower, mr whoopee), and after testing i still have no idea why that is the case. When loading a save, the traffic was very randomized, but slowly filtered out to mainly normal spawning traffic. For some reason the rainbomizer mod and the model variations mod conflicted resulting in the police to spawn as the army instead, even though the only thing that was supposed to be randomized was the traffic and parked vehicles XD But not such a bad glitch, the army gang is now involved! The Bikers were supposed to be more involved in the video but they very rarely spawned at all, maybe around 3 times the entire video (sorry). Unlike most highways in the game, the Garver Bridge traffic speed is fairly inconsistent... resulting in a mixed bag of high and low speeds, but still better than the Gant Bridge, which is just low speeds (this was actually the original planned destination).
