Easy ride, high in the Velebit mountain. Dabarski kukovi are specific limestone towers in central Velebit close to Baške Oštarije Pass. This is primarily a rock climbing spot with many equipped routes but also a starting point of a well built 50 kilometre long unpaved road that reaches Zavižan Hut in the Northern Velebit. With no significant ascents, the road is perfect for fast ride through mountain landscape. Follow this link to the parking lot at Dabarska kosa and then follow gpx trace from there on. After about 15 kilometres ride you will reach Kugina kuća Hut with a freshwater well but only opened when announced. After another 20 kilometres, 8 kilometres off this route, there is the Alan Hut which is opened during the summer season and finally the Zavižan Hut at the end of this road.
