Ingredients | सामग्री Dry Roast / हल्का भून लें • Khaskhas (खसखस) – 2 tbsp • Almonds (बादाम) – 1 cup (dry roasted & crushed) • Cashews (काजू) – 1 cup (dry roasted & crushed) • Pistachio (पिस्ता) – ½ cup (dry roasted & crushed) • Sesame Seeds (तिल) – 2 tbsp • Melon Seeds (मगज) – ¼ cup (dry roasted & crushed) • Pumpkin Seeds – ¼ cup (dry roasted & crushed) Other Ingredients • Desi Ghee – as required • Makhana (मखाने) – 2 cups • Gond (गोंद) – ½ cup • Anjeer (अंजीर) – 250 gm • Dates (खजूर) – 350 gm Method | बनाने की विधि Step 1: Roast & Crush • Sabhi dry fruits aur seeds ko halka dry roast karein. • Roast hone ke baad mixer mein coarse grind kar lein. • Makhane ko ghee mein roast karein aur crush kar lein. • Gond ko ghee mein fry karein jab tak phool na jaye, phir crush karein. Step 2: Natural Sweet Paste • Pan mein anjeer daal kar thoda sa cook karein jab tak soft ho jaye. • Uske baad dates add karein aur dono ko soft hone tak cook karein. • Blend karke smooth paste bana lein. Step 3: Final Mixing • Kadai mein ghee daal kar anjeer-date paste ko cook karein jab tak thick ho jaye. • Ab ismein saare crushed dry fruits, seeds, makhana aur gond add karein. • Ache se mix karein. Step 4: Ladoo Banana • Mixture garam-garam hi ladoo bana lein. Tip: Agar mixture thanda ho gaya toh ladoo nahi banenge. Tip: Agar mixture thanda ho gaya toh ladoo nahi banenge.
