This Guided Meditation is part of the Weekly practices provided by Dr. Joe Dispenza from his book: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. This meditation is part of the 4 Week program provided in the book. In WEEK 4 the listener is being asked to create the emotions that come with the future they want for themselves. Once they've created the emotional state that's in coherence with who they want to be, they are lead on to "rehearse" being in that emotional state. Forming a picture of what they see for themselves and so forth. It's a week that focuses on active transformation.
