Usually there is time to rest but in this one we are going 6 minutes straight! Use this as part of your usual boxing workouts or as a finisher to your boxing routine. Get ready to sweat ! Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio & conditioning workout that you can do at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere - it's one of my favorite ways to workout. Please have water & a towel nearby.
