Please note: This is a pre-release prototype unit. According to One-Netbook the crashes I experienced in certain games are mostly Intel's driver related issues under Windows operating system in general. For the most part I had a good experience with the device and see a lot of potential. I'm hoping Intel fixes the driver issues asap and will give it another shot once they do. The performance should get better towards the final release. There are 3 different variations of this device: i5-1135G7, i7-1165G7 and i7-1185G7. I was sent the i7-1165G7 version. The highest end i7-1185G7 version is sold out. Here's what One-Netbook (the manufacturer) told me: "We double checked with the engineer for the reason caused by crashes of the prototype. As we know, the game under WINDOWS operation system will be affected by the driver, game plug-in, etc., so it will crash. We upgraded the BIOS and the graphics driver. It turned out that some games our graphics driver Intel did not upgrade, which caused some games to crash.
