30 Years Driving on Nigeria's 🇳🇬 Crazy Roads

For 30 years Beauty Agbaduta has driven the often impassable, unpaved roads between Lagos and nearby cities, saving enough money to put her children through higher education and give them the chances she was denied. She gave up her life dream of studying when she was widowed and left with two children to raise. She ended up as an interstate taxi driver, a job unheard of for women in a male-dominated profession. A chance meeting with a journalist on one of her routes led to her life story being published and her sacrifices recognized.
