How can taking time off help with Burnout? That's the question of the day for today! This is a really personal thing. You need to allow our nervous system to reset and recharge and recover. For some people taking time off could cause more emotional stress, more mental stress, more physical stress and more financial stress. And so this really does need to depend on you. I absolutely think that we all need a break. We need to allow ourselves that time to reset and we need to allow ourselves to recharge. I think all of us have been told, and taught, and trained, and conditioned to believe that we have to keep going, that hustle culture is always the thing to do. And it's not.
