I ordered my smart slydr last year to have a solution for our dogs. We wanted to let them outside even if we aren’t home. To give us maximum flexibility with our dogs we installed cameras and are able to see the smart slydr open and close. We have also tested the pet button. It works well. However our dogs chewed it up because when we ordered there was no collar strap. I recommended adding that and am sooooo pleased to hear that this company reacted and improved their product. Five stars for the product, five stars for the company and customer service and five stars for the app and buttons. And five stars for manufacturing and delivery.
