When you go to work for an agency, or you set up on your own, there are usually two ways of working that are adopted (on the whole); the 180 or 360 model. Some people have one that they favour, others think both work, but I’m seeing more and more people have strongly held views on this, with some going as far to say that the 360 recruitment model is dead! But can a model that works so well when adopted in the right way really be over and done with?! Are the agencies out there with a more specialised approach actually getting out in front?
