The Black Hills National Forest is not only home to beautiful hikes and scenic drives but also to some great restaurants. I visit two different restaurants to sample some amazing food featuring South Dakotan classics as well as a third place for some dessert. 1. Desperados (Hill City, SD) - Desperados is a restaurant located in Hill City, South Dakota and is in one of the oldest buildings in the city. I head inside to have some South Dakota walleye. 2. Purple Pie Place (Custer, SD) - When it comes to homemade pie, the Purple Pie Place in Custer, South Dakota is the place to go. I previously went here a few years ago in a separate video, and I return to enjoy some fresh apple pie. After a big hike in the Black Hills, the pie was a great treat! 3. Buglin' Bull Restaurant and Sports Bar (Custer, SD) - Buglin' Bull is a restaurant located in downtown Custer, South Dakota.
