Places of Worship Act: मंदिर-मस्जिद से जुड़ा केस फिलहाल नहीं होंगे रजिस्टर्ड | Supreme Court | N18V

The Supreme Court heard the petition for repealing the Places of Worship Act. The Solicitor General from the Centre told the court that the government will also file an affidavit. The CJI said that no new cases related to temple-mosque will be registered till the next hearing. The Supreme Court instructed all the parties to keep their arguments ready in advance. CJI Sanjeev Khanna, Justice Sanjay Kumar and Justice KV Vishwanathan heard the case. The CJI has ordered all the parties including the Centre to file their reply within 4 weeks. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने प्लेसेस ऑफ वर्शिप एक्ट को रद्द किए जाने की याचिका पर सुनवाई की. केंद्र से सॉलिसिटर जनरल ने कोर्ट को बताया कि सरकार भी हलफनामा दाखिल करेगी. CJI ने कहा कि अगली सुनवाई तक मंदिर-मस्जिद से जुड़े नए केस दर्ज नहीं हो सकेंगे. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सभी पक्षकारों से अपने अपने तर्क पहले से तैयार रखने की हिदायत दी. CJI संजीव खन्ना, जस्टिस संजय कुमार और जस्टिस के वी विश्वनाथन ने सुनवाई की है.
