It’s untouched, authentic, and unbelievably serene. And honestly… we can’t believe more people aren’t coming here. Lake Ohrid in North Macedonia is absolutely beautiful. This lake is on another level. One of the oldest and deepest lakes in Europe, its water is so clear you can see straight through to the stones beneath. Surrounded by charming villages, ancient churches, hilltop viewpoints, and some of the bluest water we've ever seen, it’s a place that feels both historic and magical.
