The -1 is the pitch of the screw, so it reads as 6 mm wide and a pitch of 1 mm per turn, and is the "standard" pitch for this size. The '-1' may not be mentioned because it is implied when you go to purchase it. Like the video said, I used an M6-1 x 75 mm screw with a corresponding (M6) nut and washer.
