Dan has over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health space. He started as a clinician working with clients directly, and then quickly became an administrator and executive. For the last 25 years, Dan has been President and Chairman of the Board of a drug and alcohol rehab company that he co-founded. That company has grown from 1 location with 6 residential beds to 3 campus-style facilities with over 160 beds, along with three outpatient locations and an engaging tele-health platform. Helping people overcome addiction can be difficult. Doing business in California can make that even more challenging. Dan oversaw sales and marketing efforts, ensured high customer service, resolved employee issues, navigated complex legal transactions and even dealt with natural disasters! All this while appeasing various regulatory agencies AND keeping health insurance companies happy so his company could get paid for the lives they saved. Along with his amazing veteran staff, he developed and copyrighted a new method of treating addiction and published a book describing this philosophy and its effectiveness.
