Rub the sugar and zest together with your hand until it becomes fragrant and well combined. Add orange juice, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs. Beat for about 3 minutes until pale color. Sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well until combined (do not over-mix). Set the batter aside and get the bundt pan ready. Coat the bundt pan with nonstick spray and flour, turning the pan to ensure an even coating. Evenly pour the batter into the bundt pan. Tap to remove the excess bubble. Bake at 175°C for 50 - 55 minutes or until a thin skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean. While the cake is baking, prepare the syrup. For the Syrup Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan over low heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved, then set aside. When the cake is cooked, remove it from the oven and, use a skewer to prick the surface all over. Pour the syrup evenly over the cake, and let the cake soak in syrup overnight or 2-3 hours if you're in a hurry. Carefully turn and transfer the cake to a serving dish. For the Glaze Add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix until well combined and smooth. Drizzle the glaze generously over the top of the cake. Repeat this step until you drizzle as much of the glaze. Final Instructions: After the glazing procedure, transfer the cake to another clean serving dish. Serve and enjoy! Note: The orange cake is more delicious the next day after storing it in the refrigerator. 💕 Thank you for visiting my home and for your warm hearts...💕 Sending a lot of hugs....💕 If you like my videos, please leave a comment, like and subscribe💕 / @hance2601 Let's be friends: Instagram: / hance2601 #Hance2601 #slowliving #slowlife #dailylifevlog #silentvlog #slowlivinginfinland
