How to make soap: Making our Victorian Rose scented soap with gold mica lines and soap dough Roses

Today we are creating "Victorian Rose" scented, layered soap. This soap is beautiful in its simplicity. We have chosen to leave the soap uncoloured, so it is a beautiful creamy white shade. We have used gold mica to create a pencil line through the soap, giving the effect of 3 different layers. We have sculpted something a little special for the top of today's soap... soap roses! These have been created using our own soap dough and we have handmade each and every rose and then dusted each one with gold mica powder and copper eco-glitter. We wanted to create a kind of antique gold, opulent Victorian feeling with this soap and we are so pleased with how it turned out. The Rose scent is just fantastic, it really does smell just like and old fashioned, English rose. This limited edition soap will be available to purchase on our website from midnight on 1st March 2021 and forms part of our March release / Mother's Day collection.
