Harf of Case 2 There are 6 Harf of Case 2 1. Inna 2. Anna 3. Ka-anna 4. Layta 5. Laa-kinna 6. La-a'lla اِنَّ اَنَّ كَاَنَّ لَيتَ لاكِنَّ لَعَلَّ Inna = Indeed Anna = Indeed Ka-anna = Like that Layta = I wish Laakinna = But (Lekin in urdu) Laa-a'lla = Maybe / Perhaps ----- Both Inna and Anna means Indeed. No difference at all. Just simple rule is.. If indeed is the first word of the sentence, then Inna is used for indeed. If indeed is used in the middle of a sentence then Anna is used for Indeed No actually.. better way to say it would be... If no Ism or Verb comes before Indeed then Inna is used for indeed. If there has already appeared a ism or verb in the sentence before Indeed, then Anna is used for indeed Example Inna Allaha Ma' As Sabireena If any Harf appear before Inna, then there wouldn't be a problem and It would still remain inna For example, Wa Inna Allaha Ma' Al-Sabireena Or Fa Inna Allaha Ma' Al-Sabireena But if an ism or fi'al is present before Inna in the sentence, then it will be Anna instead of inna For example : I couldn't find an example in Quran for Anna = indeed in whole 29th and 30th Juz I will give my own example: Saadun Anna Fil Hujurati Saad indeed is in the room سَعدٌ اَنَّ في الحُجُرةِ So to put Anna = indeed in between the sentence is not common --------- Let's look at an example for Inna Inna = Indeed -------- Inna Shaaniaka Huwa Al-Abtaru Inna = indeed Shaan = enemy (verbal enemy/bully/those who tease/ those who psychologically hurt you/ those who defame you) Inna = indeed Shana' شناء = enemy (verbal enemy/bully/those who tease/ those who psychologically hurt you/ those who defame you) Plural of Shana' شناء is shaani' شانِء (complex plural) Now because of Inna = Harf of Case 2 Shaani' will become Case 2 شانِءًا Your enemies = شانِءُكَ Your enemies in case 2 = شانِءَكَ Huwa = He Al-Abtaru = the cut off piece of something Inna Shaani'aka Huwa Al-Abtaru = Indeed your enemies, they are cutoff Or simply Indeed your enemies are cutoff ------ The background of this Ayah is... The Prophet's ﷺ son (Abdullah) died in childhood in Makkah. So the Quraysh started to tease and verbally hurt the prophet ﷺ saying... The Nabuwwa (Prophethood) is now cut off... Means with no male progeny, there will be no heir of Prophethood... They thought Prophethood is like kingship or tribal chief... Whose son becomes the next king. So Allah said to the prophet ﷺ that do not worry Inna Shaaniaka Huwa al-abtar These people who tease you... Their progeny of Kufr I cut off Their children will be born in islam It's rather their pagan religion which is cut off --------- Now their is a lot of things to learn about Inna Inna is a word which is played with in Several way We will talk about it all tomorrow ------- But one very important thing I forgot to mention, I should have said this right in the begining Harf of Case 2 changes an ism in the sentence into Case Harf of Case 3 changes the immediately next ism into Case Means... It is not necessary that Harf of Case 2 must change the immediately next ism into Case 2 But any one ism in the whole sentence will be turned into Case 2 In the Given Ayah, Inna Shaaniaka Huwa Al-abtar Here in by chance that the immediate next ism is changed into Case 2 But it is not always the case ------ So, there are left 3 things to learn about Inna Which ism in the sentence shows the effect of Inna and what does effect of Inna mean Combination of Inna and La لَ Inna + pronoun = ( Inni Innaka Innaki Innahu Innahaa etc ) --------- Presentation : Sirat Al Mustaqeem Narrator : Saad Ibn Sabah HASHTAGS: #SiratAlMustaqeem #Arabiclessons #IbnSabah #Harf #Arabiclearning #EasyArabic #ArabicClass #OnlineArabicclass #FreeArabicCourse #ArabicCourse #ArabicGrammar #QuranArabic #LearnArabic
