This gives updates to the Abbe Condenser design for the 3D printed open source PUMA microscope and introduces the 'Uber pol': A new polariser module that can be used with the full Abbe condenser for high numerical aperture polarisation microscopy. Note: There is an error in the table of focal lengths shown in this video - the fp for the 'original paraboloid' should be 10.5 mm (not 24.0 mm as shown - that is for the 44 mm lens used in the Köhler upper collector). The correct values are given in the GitHub document referenced below.
