Why is Overwatch 2 a miserable game to play?

I'm sorry about the long wait for this video but as I explained in my video my schedule got busy and hectic, preventing anytime to work on the video, so I'm hoping that this video is good enough to wait for. The majority of the footage and audio was recorded in Overwatch 2's season 8 but that doesn't change the fact of that the game has barely improve after all that time.
