Abandoned School with a rich history

This school was built in 1959 and has been through a lot since then. Back in 2006 it topped the list of schools with the most vandalism in Stockholm. It was also discovered that the building had a lot of problems with asbestos. The school was later bought up by a private company and turned into a private muslim school. Not so surprisingly, it turned out that students in this new school were being segregated based on their gender. Another big issue was that teachers were being actively discouraged to report if they suspected a child were being abused at home. If they did file a report they would be fired shortly thereafter. It was scheduled for demolition sometime in 2018, but it still stands today in 2020. The reason being they need a special permit to demolish an old bunker inside the school.
