If you buy something through it, we earn a commission at no extra cost to you :) today I’m testing a plugin that isn’t exactly new, but is definitely innovative in terms of what it does and how it does it: it’s called uzu, an FL Studio Harmor-based effect that extracts the synth’s distinctive and signature phaser and packages it into an fx plugin that can be applied to any audio sample we want. The plugin was released a few months ago by developer Ewan Bristow, who is well known in the music production community for his effective, creative and above all free or extremely affordable devices. Uzu isn’t free, but for the price it’s available at, I think it’s almost impossible not to at least consider getting it.
