In the morning of our second day in the heartland of Namibia, where nature's majesty thrives, my wife and I set off on an exhilarating journey from Windhoek to Mount Etjo Safari Lodge. Awe-inspiring sights, comfortable roads, and the anticipation of wildlife encounters made this adventure an unforgettable chapter in our lives. The journey from Windhoek to Mount Etjo Safari Lodge was more than just a road trip; it was an enchanting adventure filled with exploration, untamed beauty, and connection with nature. On arrival to Mount Etjo Safari Lodge we found a wonderful gem of hospitality, and oasis of savanna. We had been given the “Villa” at it was amazing! Regretfully, we only could stay for one night, and it had not allowed us to enjoy amenities at full. We appreciated the look of the estate, and feeling of staff hospitality. From the first entry to the reception guests are taken care of in very friendly manner, and the lodge structure and functionality is explained. Mount Etjo Safari Lodge, nestled amidst the rolling hills and cradled by the untamed wilderness, offered us a haven where wildlife thrived. As sundown approached, we embarked on exhilarating game drive guided by ranger Atti, and found ourselves immersed in nature's theatre. Majestic lions was the most bright encounter that had not left anyone of our group untouched. We also enjoyed the views of graceful giraffes, and herds of antelopes captivatingly roamed the vast plains, providing us with moments of awe and appreciation for the natural world.
