The BSI_4Women programme, supported by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region programme, gave brave female-led teams the opportunity to develop their business ideas – from natural sweets and eco-friendly handicrafts to an innovative media platform for Ukrainian women abroad. Over six months, participants took part in hands-on workshops, online learning modules, and one-on-one mentoring sessions, gaining the tools and confidence to take their first steps as entrepreneurs. Through training, mentorship, and a supportive transnational network, BSI_4Women strengthened the economic independence of refugee women and facilitated their integration into new communities.
