Mercedes has revealed the interior of the upcoming Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé, presenting a cabin designed as a high-performance control centre, focused on driver engagement and precision. Developed in Affalterbach, the interior emphasizes a driver-oriented layout, low seating position, and intuitive controls to create a direct connection between driver and vehicle, while still offering the comfort expected from a four-door grand tourer. A major highlight is the AMG RACE ENGINEER system, which allows drivers to fine-tune the vehicle’s behaviour through three rotary controls located on the centre console. These controls adjust accelerator response, cornering agility, and traction management, enabling drivers to adapt the car’s dynamics to their driving style and road conditions. The cockpit also features a fully digital display setup with a 10.2-inch instrument cluster and a 14-inch multimedia screen angled toward the driver, while an optional passenger display expands the digital experience. Sport seats provide strong lateral support during dynamic driving, and the AMG Performance steering wheel integrates haptic controls and paddle shifters for quick adjustments. Rear passengers benefit from comfortable seating and generous legroom, reinforcing the vehicle’s grand-touring capabilities.
