“Ignatian Spiritual Exercises for protestants” Gasson 100 October 17, 2022 Rev Dr. Canon Susanne Carlsson is the Advisor for Spirituality in the Rochester Diocese. She is originally from Sweden where she was ordained in the Lutheran Church of Sweden but she has lived in England since 1999. She has been involved in spirituality and specifically Ignatian spirituality for the last 20 years. Susanne regularly gives retreats including the Spiritual Exercise of Ignatius of Loyola, training course in spirituality and spiritual direction in Rochester Diocese and Scandinavia Susanne recently completed a Doctorate in Practical Theology researching ‘What is distinctive about Ignatian religious life and how can it be lived in the Anglican Church’.
