When people talk about the best food in the world, there are probably ten or twelve countries that can seriously stake a claim to that title. One place that never gets mentioned if Cambodia, which is the home of Khmer cuisine. I recently spent a month, dining almost exclusively on dishes from that country. As a result, I think it is ready to take a place near the top, on a list of the best food on the planet. In this video, I try around 20 different tastes, from Lok Lak to Amok.
