Aloo Matar Samosa Ingredients: Samosa Patti Dough: 2 Cup – Maida ½ Cup – Wheat Flour 1 tsp – Salt Water as Required Method: Take Dough Ingredients and add Water and Make Soft Dough. Apply Oil and Give Rest for 10 min. Stuffing: Ingredients: 1 Cup - Green Peas 3 no - Red Potato or Normal Potato Steam Cooked and Chopped Method: Make a Potato Steam or Boil in a Pressure Cooker and Chopped them and Keep aside Cooking : Ingredients: 2 tbsp - Oil 1 tsp - Cumin 2 tsp - Whole Dhaniya 8-10 no - Curry Leaves Chopped 1/2 tsp - Hing 2 tsp - Ginger Chilli Paste 1 no - Onion Chopped Pinch - Turmeric Powder Green Peas 1/3 Cup - Cashew n Kishmish Salt to taste 1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp - Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp - Black Salt 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala 1/2 tsp - Aamchur Powder 1/2 tsp - Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp - Chaat Masala 1/4 Cup - Mint Chopped 1/2 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped 2 tbsp - Grated Fresh Coconut 1/2 no - Lemon Juice Method: Take a Pan and add Oil, Cumin, Whole Dhaniya, Curry Leaves Chopped, Hing, Ginger Chilli Paste, Onion Chopped, Sauté Little add Turmeric Powder then add Green Peas, Kaju Kishmish, Red Chilli Powder, Salt to taste, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Black Salt, and Mix Properly , Amchur Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Chaat Masala Powder, Mix Properly and add Potato Chopped, Chopped Mint , Coriander Leaves Chopped, Grated Fresh Coconut, Mix Properly in Slow Flame lastly add Lemon Juice and Mix Properly , Mesh Properly.and Keep aside Slurry: 3 tsp – Maida ¼ Cup - Water Check Dough and Knead Once Again Properly and make 4 Parts from Dough and take Once Ball from this and Make a Small 4 Balls and Make from above also Same. Take Ball and Roll in Wheat Flour and Make a Roti and apply Oil and Sprinkle Dry Atta and Put Other Roti and Make Big Roti and Roast on Tawa Both Side Lightly. And Separate Two from One Chapati and Keep in Cotton Cloth. Take a Small Bowl and add Maida and Water and Make a Slurry. Keep 4 Roti One above One, we Have to Make 4 Roti and Cut into Patti. Make a Shape of Cone and Stuff above Masala Using Slurry Make Samosa and Fry in Hot Oil till Golden. Serve Hot.
