All information from Screamscape.com -Sale was 342mill (EPR fronting 314milliomn, Enchanted 28million) -Enchanted Parks has a 40yr lease deal to operate parks. -James Harhi CEO and Founder of Enchanted Parks says the St. Louis park will be the "crown jewel" of the chain. -Plan is to rename Six Flags St. Louis to Mid-America by Enchanted Parks -Enchanted Parks is in talks with Warner Brothers about licensing rights for DC Comics themed attractions.
