This is a Korean New Year soup, which must be eaten on the first day of the New Year according to the lunar calendar. But we are preparing it not only on holiday. We donβt need a reason to eat this delicious soup :) We need: rice cake tteokkuk λ‘κ΅ (κ°λλ‘ karettok), beef, egg, laver κΉ, anchovies and kelp (for broth) You can use beef broth, but today we have fish.
