Hey Golfers! Here is a Tiger Drill to help you get a feel for coordinating your arm swing with your body pivot. One of Tiger's most significant swing faults is when his lower body outruns his upper body. This simple Arms-Body-Club delivery starts slow and then ramps up to blend the motion. Staring with a wedge or 9iron. Set up to the ball normally, make your backswing, and stop at the top. Bring your arms and club back down as you begin to post on your lead leg, and stop when your lead arm gets parallel to the ground. From there, swing your arms and rotate your body to a short finish at an intensity of 10%. Continue the stop-and-go process till you get a feel and make solid contact. Ramp each swing up by 5-10% until you fully swinging at 80%. Try it with all your clubs!
