A lot of times we are afraid of failure, and it's natural that we're afraid of it, but what is interesting is the power of failure and just the act of trying to sort of open opportunities for us down the road, and that’s the story of Ryan McKee. Ryan McKee was someone I met early in his adventures when he and I got to collaborate on our project together, of actually launching and putting out a comedy magazine… Now, it was a failure, made no money, in fact it lost money, but the experience of creating something like that really did open tons of doors and helped Ryan get the skills and experiences to sort of build himself as an expert in the world of comedy. Today, Ryan is one of the lead digital creators for “The Late Late Show with James Corden” and he in fact won an Emmy for some of his work with James on this journey.
