Today I'm trying a recipe from ‪@therealpounddropper‬ that I haven't tried before. But it's Pound Dropper! It has to be good, right? We shall see together... ##################################################### Pound Dropper Easy 20-Minute Ground Sesame Chicken Makes 4 ( 1/2 cup) serving 1 Better Balance Bite/Blue (or Purple) Point / 5 Green Points Calories 187 Fat 5g Carbs 17g Fiber 0.4g Protein 27.6g Ingredients • 1/2 small yellow onion, diced • 1 Tbsp or 3 garlic cloves, minced • 1 lb. lean ground skinless, boneless chicken breast • Salt and black pepper, to taste • 1/2 tsp garlic chili paste • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce • 1/4 cup zero-point brown sugar sweetener • 1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil • 1/4 cup chicken broth • 1 Tbsp cornstarch • Chopped scallions and sesame seeds for garnish Instructions 1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. 2. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes or until softened. Add the garlic and cook for a minute longer. 3. Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook while breaking up into small pieces until the chicken is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. 4. In a small bowl combine chili sauce, soy sauce, zero-point brown sugar sweetener, and sesame oil. Whisk until well combined. 5. Pour sauce over the ground chicken and stir to combine. 6. In a separate small bowl whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch until cornstarch dissolves. 7. Bring to a simmer and then add the cornstarch mixture while stirring. Continue to cook until sauce has thickened, about 3-5 minutes. 8. Serve over your favorite rice: cauliflower, jasmine, brown, or white rice. 9.
