Gary Yourofsky is an animal rights activist and has done countless lectures on Veganism. I watched the full speech after I transitioned to a Vegan lifestyle and it had a profound effect on me. I was a whole food plant-based vegan for health reasons, but I learned about the ethics and environmental damage of animal products. This only reinforced my decision to live this way, and honestly, I never looked back since. So as a tribute to one of my favorite videos, I compiled this highlight video. Most people are not down to watch an hour talk, especially one that challenges your beliefs so I made this highlight video to share the parts I loved the most.
