In this video, I'm showing you how to make two incredible momos chutneys at home: Chilli Garlic Tomato Chutney Ingredients: 1 tomato 3-4 cloves of garlic 1 green chilli 1/4 tsp stock cube/ broth powder (optional) 1/2 tsp Vinegar Salt, to taste (if not using stock cube 3 Kashmiri dried red chillies, soaked in hot water 2 tsp cornflour, mixed with water 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves + 1 tbsp for finishing Instructions: Place the tomato on a fork and char it on the flame. This will give a smoky flavour to the chutney. Once the skin tears apart and it's well charred, remove, cool slightly and peel off the skin. Chop it roughly and blend smoothly along with garlic, kashmiri dried red chillies, green chilli, stock cube, coriander leaves and vinegar. Transfer to a pan along with some water and cook on a medium-low flame. Keep stirring constantly and add the cornflour slurry slowly until the chutney thickens. Finish with coriander leaves and transfer to a bowl to cool. Green (Coriander) Momo Chutney Ingredients: 1 cup coriander leaves 1/2 inch ginger 1 green chilli 3-4 cloves of garlic 1 small tomato Salt, to taste 2 tsp vinegar Instructions: Blend together all the ingredients and serve with hot momos. Serve with hot momos and enjoy!
