Today I am excited to share with you another video on some of my favorite easy vegan meals I am currently eating for maximum weight loss on a whole food plant based diet. These meals are also oil free as always. Some of you may be familiar with Dr. McDougall and his books, The Starch Solution and The Program for Maximum Weight Loss where he recommends cutting out all fat during weight loss, but I just want to point out that I have always included a little fat in my meals for my health and over all satisfaction. TSP Cinnamon 1/2 TSP Baking Soda Wet ingredients - 2-3 ripe bananas 1 TBSP Vanilla 2/3 C Plant Milk (add fruit - optional) Mix.dry and wet ingredients together Put in over safe, non stick dish Sprinkle Vegan chocolate chips on top Bake 350 30-35 minutes (check as it bakes to make sure) Sushi Roll: SUshi Rice 1/4 avo or less Shredded Carrots Cucumber cut long and thin Nori Sheets Cucumber Salad: Diced Cucumbers Rice vinegar A pinch of brown sugar Veggie Soup: Chopped Carrots, Celery, Onion Saute in veggie broth Add tomato base veggie juice Add veggie you'd like. I add Corn, Bell Peppers, Edamame, Potatoes Add Pasta (optional) Add low sodium veggie broth (no set amount, just until it is not thick) Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
