A Standard tune on a Trek 8700 Composite (Wink / cough /wink wink) for Arlo's build part 3. Another another day in the Shotchen = (Shop + Kitchen) but this time we had to change something! A Standard tune on a Trek 8700 Composite but the frame isn't useable! I will be disassembling the bike completely and cleaning / restoring and polishing the complete bike. (Then some!) Sometimes we find problems with bikes that need to be addressed for safeties sake. In this case I found that the frame was done and needed to be replaced.
