Today, I’m showing you how to make a Stromboli, but not just any Stromboli—a breakfast #Stromboli, with #dough I bought at the supermarket. This is one of those recipes that feels like a genius-level hack for that age-old problem: breakfast boredom. If you're looking for something different for a weekend brunch, a fun "brinner" for the family, or just a way to use up those delicious odds and ends, this is it. We’ve all been there, right? You want something that feels special and tastes incredible, but you don't want to spend hours in the kitchen or run to the store. That’s the magic of this thing. It’s born from convenience but tastes truly spectacular. We're talking crispy, golden dough wrapped around a warm, savory filling of fluffy eggs, salty bacon, hearty sausage, and an obscene amount of melted, gooey cheese. It’s basically a giant, rolled-up breakfast sandwich, and it’s about to become your new favorite. It's the perfect solution when you want a meal that's both a showstopper and ridiculously easy.RECIPE: (Super Simple)~Use Dough from your grocery store's freezer. I suggest Rhodes dough, but you can use the supermarket's brand if you want.1-dough loaf per Stromboli ~Place the dough on a cookie sheet or steel backing pan~Let the dough thaw completely .~Lightly grease the cookie sheet/pan with a layer of olive oil~Take the thawed dough and place it in the middle of the cookie sheet~Form the dough into your cookie sheet/pan. Refer to this video since not every cookie sheet/pans vary in size; this will give you a better idea of how to do this part of the process. Once the dough is ready, lay down your favorite ingredients; the fillingcan be whatever you like, use your imagination. In this video, I used eggs, bacon, sausage, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. You can stuff it with pizza filling, cold cuts, or anything you want. There are no limits to what you can do. ~Once you have your ingredients in place, fold each end inward, and the left side until the end reaches the middle of the Stromboli. Do the same with the right, except overlap 1/2 to 1” over the other; this will seal the dough nicely and lock in your ingredients. Place loaf(s) in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30-35 minutes. ~Check on the process at the end time, and the dough should be golden brown. If it isn’t, leave it in the oven for another 5-10 minutes, no more than that, otherwise the bread will become a brick!~Remove from the oven and cut immediately into portions that satisfy your hunger.
