125 mile Ride on The Pine Creek Rail Trail | Biking The Grand Canyon of PA

Hey everyone, I couldn't seem to stop thinking about The Pine Creek Gorge and just had to get back up to the ride the entire trail again. I rode 125 miles north from Jersey Shore up to Wellsboro Junction and back. The sun went down with still 30 miles left to go on the way back.It was really interesting riding that far at night, i even spotted a bear and a few porcupines. There were so many leaves still on the trees up thru the gorge, I thought I was going to be a little late for leaf peeping, but the gorge still has tons of foliage and there is still time for leaf viewing opportunities.
