Kundalini Meditation is a dynamic and cathartic form of meditation designed to shake off stress and allow energy to flow. This is a short version of Osho Kundalini Meditation. The music is made of short versions of Veeresh' music to this meditation. Each stage is 3:30 - 4:00 minutes. Music will change at every stage. Stage 4 has no sound but the Tibetian Bowl sound in the end of the meditation. ——— Instructions for Kundalini Meditation: 👉 Stage 1: Shaking 1. Stand comfortably with your feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed by your sides. 2. Close your eyes and begin to shake your body. Allow the shaking to come naturally. Don’t control or force it. 3. Let the shaking start from your feet, slowly rising through your legs, hips, and entire body. Feel the energy rising upward. 4. Surrender to the shaking, letting go of any tension or stiffness. Don’t worry about how you look—just allow the energy to move. 5. Continue shaking for the full 15 minutes, releasing any stress or emotional blockages. ——- 👉 Stage 2: Dancing 1. When the music changes, stop shaking and immediately start dancing. 2. Dance freely, letting your body move however it wants to. This is your time to express yourself fully without any limitations. 3. Let the joy of the movement take over, and don’t think about your moves. Focus on the feeling of freedom and expression. 4. Keep dancing with as much or as little intensity as you feel in the moment. ——- 👉 Stage 3: Withness - Sitting or Standing in Silence 1. After the dancing stage, sit or stand still, close your eyes, and focus inward. 2. Be completely still, observing the silence and the sensations in your body. 3. Simply witness whatever is happening within—thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations—but don’t engage with them. 4. Allow yourself to settle into the quiet, letting your breath naturally slow down and deepen. ——— 👉 Stage 4: Lying Down in Stillnes 1. Lie down on your back with your eyes closed. Make sure you’re comfortable. 2. Completely relax every part of your body. Let go of any remaining tension. 3. Stay in this state of total stillness and rest. Be aware of your breath and the energy flowing through your body. 4. Remain a silent observer, letting yourself sink into a deep, meditative state. —— 🧘♂️ Final Notes: This meditation is best practiced in a space where you won’t be disturbed, with music to guide each stage (usually provided in Osho meditation centers). Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and allow yourself to be free from any judgments or expectations. You can do this meditation alone or in a group.
