In this video Kaylee and I hike the Gold Cord lake trail in Hatcher Pass which is located in the heart of the Talkeetna mountain range. We also visit the Independence Mine State Historical Site and the Little Susitna River. This truly is an adventure in our backyard, it was only about an hour drive and a beautiful one at that.
