Quick guide on how to find the missing letters in the quest of the same name (BRING GALE) You get the quest in RIvington inside the post house, just speak to the guy at the desk. If you go upstairs in the post house you will find some pigeons, if you speak to them with the speak with animals spell active, you will get a pretty funny dialog with a "War veteran" Pigeon.
