Standing at a towering 6 feet 7 inches and weighing a colossal 375 pounds, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson is a real-life titan forged in the icy lands of Iceland. Known as "Thor" and immortalized as "The Mountain" from Game of Thrones, his sheer size and strength make him one of the most dominant figures in strength sports history. With 20-inch arms, 32-inch thighs, and a 46-inch waist, he’s built like a fortress. But it’s not just about size—his raw power is staggering.
