去年，杜林與先生、剛上初中的女兒，放棄了上海黃浦江畔180多平米的居所，選擇買下一套位于衡復歷史文化風貌區的45平米「老破小」。他們請來了建築師甘泉幫忙做改造。甘泉在這套八十年代的老公房裡做了「園林式」的設計，獨有的拱、柱、圓形元素，將衡復風貌區的優雅請進了門。杜林說：「一家人住進小空間的前提，是每個人的需求都被滿足，既有共享區域，也有個人相對獨立的小天地。女兒告訴我，這是她住過最棒的家。」 Last year, Du Lin, her husband and daughter who had just started junior high school, left their 180-square-meter apartment on the banks of Shanghai's Huangpu River and chose to buy a 45-square-meter "old and dilapidated" flat located in Hengfu historical and cultural area. They invited architect Gan Quan to help with the makeover. In this 1980s old flat, Gan Quan realized a "garden-style" design, with unique arches, columns, circle elements, bringing indoor the elegant style of the Hengfu historical and cultural area. "The premise of a family living in a small space is that everyone's needs are met.
