On a budget but looking for good sound and ANC out of the box? Can't compromise on wireless charging or quick charge? The Air 2 NC might be the buds for you. They have made some compromises - there's no in-ear detection sensors and the case build quality is a little suspect from a long-term durability eprspective, but the Air 2 NC otherwise delivers solid performance across all the key areas. They do nothing bad nor exceptional, but at £41.99 and availability in the UK, this might be a better bet than buying alternatives through AliExpress. Some are even sent by friends and subscribers, and in each case I conduct the reviews with the same mindset and consistent, repeatable and defensible methodology. When I receive free product, reviews are on my terms. I have full creative license over the content and format. I will include product links and review manufacturer specification sheets and marketing material, but that's as far as it goes. If brands don't agree with my terms, I won't work with them. Over the last few years I've stopped working with some for even rushing me when I'm busy. I'm here to enjoy doing this and to help people, not profit. Encouragingly, the overwhelming majority of brands have agreed to these terms. I include objective tests in every review - far more than other TWS reviewers. This is a measure of my objectivity - you will rarely ever see me recommend a product or brand outright, and I always urge viewers where possible to watch the videos so they can make better informed decisions. I am not a 'trust me bro' kind of reviewer and never will be. Obviously, I cannot fund the channel completely out of my own pocket, so in order to pay for new earbuds I sell some of what I receive on to fellow audio enthusiasts at a vastly reduced rate.
