We spent the day exploring EPCOT—and it was magical! First up, we review San Angel Inn inside the Mexico pavilion (that candlelight vibe is something else 😍). Then we stroll through World Showcase, catch Reflections of China (with literally no one else in the theater!), grab a Minnie caramel apple and my favorite caramel popcorn at Karamell-Küche in Germany, and end the night with a perfect Soarin' ride as the park closed around us.
