This is Moko. He’s eight years old, disabled, breathtakingly beautiful, and one of the greatest teachers of love we’ve ever known. Moko was rescued from a meat farm after suffering severe frostbite. He lost his back feet and parts of his ears—but he never lost his spirit, his gentleness, or his joy. Today, he has a human with him 24/7, because that’s what he needs to feel safe and loved.
