Strong Cyclone Alfred is Forecast to Make Landfall as a Strong Cyclone Over Queensland This Week

Tropical Cyclone Alfred is continuing funneling cyclonic winds ashore over coastal Queensland this afternoon as it pulls away from the state to the south east, however all forecasts are now suggesting that Alfred will swing back around mid next week for round two, with suggestions pointing towards are significant and possibly historic category 2 strength cyclone landfall over the top of Brisbane on Thursday night. Its is time to consider preparations for the cyclones expected impact, with all major forecast models now very certain about a landfall at some point along some location of the QLD or NSW coast later this coming week.
